Safety "controlled shutdown" of unit when critical errors are reached. For instance, this prevents shutting down the engine immediately at full throttle witht eh PTO engaged - serious damage to the PTO could occur. The computer will automatically shutdown the unit in a safe manner to prevent such damage.
Prevents harmful operator actions such as trying to dump the body with the doors locked (a warning message will appear on the screen to let you know that this can not be done)
Full featured "Maintenance Mode" allows technicians to adjust settings such as timers and servie intervals. It also allows technicians to diagnose issues because all errors and messages are completely logged with time, date and error codes.
VALVE BODY
The dual function valve body allows the boom to be moved in 2 directions at the same time giving the boom an extremely smooth movement.
For instance, in order to move at an angle up and to the right, a single function valve body would have to move slightly up then slightly right, repeating this movement until the operator stops the movement. This can create a "jerky" movement. On a dual function valve body, the boom can move up and right at the same time thus making an extremely smooth movement. This makes the boom move more accurately, faster and is much easier on the mechanical components of the boom.
JOYSTICK
The heavy duty joystick allows the operator to easily and precisely maneauver the hose boom.
The joystick can be moved easily from to the right or left hand side of the cab. It has a mounting bracket to allow the joystick to be mounted on the the right door or on the touch screen station.
